All good things must come to an end..

And at last Stage 2 Patisserie has come to it's bittersweet end. This marks the farewell of our dearest Chef Gert from college where he moves on to greener pastures in Le Cordon Bleu... But we can't just let him leave without a fight right?

Thank you Chef Gert for the constant inspiration, motivation and brilliant pastry wisdom you have given us!
