This day was from probably around a few months ago during summer in which I decided to help my bestfriend, Natali become somewhat domesticated... Now this girl does know how to cook (trust me hands down BEST Chicken Tikka Masala in town!) but with baking .. not so much. She's been obsessing over these Lemon Polenta Cakes at work and when I saw a Manna from Heaven cookbook, I just had to get it and make it with her!
Chicken tikka masala soon! And to finish off, we shall indulge with lemon polentas :) xx
